CD3DLLC currently offers FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing services. FDM print times vary by the size of the project you have.

 

Typically, for a smaller model, this may take only a few hours to print. This allows for quick turnaround time for your project. In some cases, depending on current production requirements, we ship parts the same day, if not the next day.

Size, print quality (nozzle selection and layer height), support requirements, and quantity all affect the print times. We inspect and analyze each model in-house and provide job completion estimations before printing.

FDM Material Selection - The following is the current selection of thermoplastic materials offered for printing. Each material has it's own unique characteristics and properties for different types of applications.

• Polylactic Acid (PLA) 

• Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
