Do you ship international, what is the cost?
- Yes, we ship worldwide. Please see the items in your cart to automatically calculate the fee.
How quickly do you ship? How long does shipping take?
- We aim to ship same day on all our orders. Typically transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. Estimated shipping times may vary.
What do I do if my package is being returned due to incomplete address?
- Please email us, we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.
What do I do if my packages hasn’t moved for a while?
- According to USPS, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 40 days before we are able to file a claim. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame and we can reship.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Priority shipping does not mean we will process your order any quicker, it will just speed the process up once it arrives at the post office.
According to USPS, please allow 30 business days before filing a claim for a lost package, or 40 days for international. Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering.
If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
We do not accept returns on clay cutters. If they are damaged within one week of receiving them, we will send you a replacement. On all other items, please send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number to begin the return process.
